workspace-tools is a macOS application for synchronizing user-selected files with Google Drive and managing Gmail with artificial intelligence.

The application accesses Google Drive and Gmail data only after the user grants explicit OAuth authorization. Data is used to provide file synchronization, search, organization, summaries, and email-management assistance.

workspace-tools does not sell personal data and does not use email content for advertising. The user may revoke access at any time from their Google Account settings.

The user is responsible for protecting their device, local files, OAuth tokens, and any configured AI integrations. Sensitive actions should be reviewed before execution.
